What you will do:
- Organize teaching and class schedules at the branch according to standards set by the Academic Operations
- Ensure teachers are available and present during allocated class schedules. Manage and coordinate substitute teachers when necessary
- Adjust learning components according to curriculum that is used in schools together with curriculum set by Academic Operations
- Adjust and confirm teachers schedules before creating branch classes schedules.
- Evaluate teachers’ teaching sessions for academic feedback/improvements and to validate teaching hours
- Organize and execute academic related activities that are initiated/proposed by Academic Operations.
- Provide academic guidance/consultation sessions to students and parents on choosing academic path, University selections, or for general students academic competency improvement.
- Evaluate students learning and TO results together with teachers to support students learning performance
- Coordinate with teachers on problems discussion as well as Zenius.net/Zenru related discussions that are needed to support learning activities at the branch.
- Coordinate and organize teachers training
- Recruit subject-specific teachers that are needed at the branch.
- Manage monthly teacher wages/fees
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor in Education, Management, or other related major (open to Fresh Graduate with internship experience)
- Passion in education, students academic journey, learning progress
- Experience in tutoring/education industry is well preferred
- Well organized and resourceful person
- Experienced in managing a team, providing training and feedback for the team
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent team-work and leadership skills
