Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all operational activities at branch office
Align with respective team to enhance all of process and sales performance in Branch
Monitor whether the operational procedures (SOP) have been carried out correctly by each employee in accordance with their respective divisions
Find the best solution for every problem that exist in the scope of the branch office and be responsible for the achievements of KPIs of the branch
Manage BAU Activity including financial report, program and logistics distribution in branch
Make sure increment of profitability sales for its branch
Requirements
Have at least 5 years in similar role within education industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any major
Experience in leading sales/ operations team
Proficiency in Education knowledge
Is able to create basic analytics, sales, reporting/ dashboard , presentation/forecasting
Self starter, independent and is not afraid to be hands- on in every branch improvement
